The Skill Wod is a structured three day a week program based on mastering elemental gymnastic position, developing core strength and strict pull / press progressions. It evolves a step further by structuring and developing gymnastics technique in three main areas: Handstand Inversion and Balance, Bar work and Ring Work. Here you will develop the capacity for chest to bar pull ups, Handstand push ups and Ring Muscle ups.
