The Skill WOD - Elements

If you are a beginning level CrossFit Athlete or Fitness enthusiast and want to get better at basic level bodyweight movement-core and strict strength, balance and coordination. The Elements program is for you. The Elements program starts at the ground floor of gymnastic position and movement. It applies a measured approach to developing pull and press strength along with building a variety of core stabilization exercises over a 6 week program. Ideal for the beginner WITHOUT a strict pull up, real push ups, a handstand or a ring or bar Muscle up. This linear strength and skill program gives and much as you put into and has shown incredible results.
