The Skill WOD - Foundations

Don’t have a Pull-up, don’t have a Push-up? No problem. Foundations is a 6 week cycle of bodyweight training focused on mobility, strength and technique in beginning gymnastics shapes. Develop core strength here. Get that push up without the snake up. Reclaim the flexibility to touch your toes in a pike stretch. Hold your bodyweight up off the floor and most importantly, have fun!
